Do you work on-site or only remotely?

Both. The majority of issues are solved remotely for speed, but we’re local to North Jersey and NYC and come on-site whenever a problem needs hands on the hardware.

Do we have to replace our current IT person?

Not necessarily. We often work alongside an internal IT contact, handling day-to-day monitoring and the help desk so they can focus on higher-value projects.
